We are located in Massapequa on Long Island in Nassau County, New York, and are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients.

    Please note. Vacuums are not included in openings and all pools MUST be at operating level at the time of opening.

    Any broken or defective parts of equipment that must be repaired at the time of opening will be an additional charge.

    For In Ground pools, the pool & spa shared the same lines. For above ground pools, cover must be free of all water and debris.

    Inground pool closing includes:

    • Removal of winter cover*
    • Drain any waterbags
    • Removal of all plugs & gizzmos
    • Install filter & single system pumps (extra $30 charge for each additional pump), automatic chlorinator or salt generators
    • Put on any ladders, handrails, and diving boards
    • Fold and put away winter cover
    • Add 2 gallons of liquid shock to pool

    Please make sure of the following before we arrive to open your pool:

    - cover must be free of all water & debris

    - water level needs to be to the middle of the skimmer
    - pool equipment is accessible

    - power is on at the filter site

    **If a return visit is needed because the above is not completed, there will be an additional charge for coming back.

    *Above includes installing tray, pressure switch, light pilot, and test to ensure safer & proper operation. **Power vacuums will be done automatically within 3 days after opening, when scheduled with opening & may need more than one to completely clear pool.

    Additional products will be delivered at time of service.
    2024 Vacuum Services
    All solar covers must be removed for us to vacuum your pool
    We estimate 20 to 24 weeks of vacuum service. Although we will have maintenance in April and
    May, our maintenance schedule will not apply until after Memorial Day weekend. There will be
    no set vac days until after that and your vacuum day may vary but, we will make sure the pool
    is maintained on a regular basis.

    If for any reason, you would like to cancel service for a particular week or at the end of
    the season, please contact our office 24 hours in advance.
    ***If the vacuum technician is at your home, a service charge will be billed to you***
    Vacuum services include the following:

    1. Vacuum pool.
    2. Empty skimmer & pump baskets.
    3. Skim surface.
    4. Test pool chemistry & add any needed chemicals **IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CHEMICALS NEEDED,
      WE WILL ADD OURS AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE**
    5. Backwash filter ***If needed***

    ***CLEANING OF ANY FILTER IS NOT INCLUDED IN MAINTENANCE & WILL REQUIRE SETTING UP A SERVICE CALL***

    Does your safety cover sag into the pool after it snows? That’s perfectly normal with all of the weight from snow and ice. The most important thing is that nothing is getting under the cover and into the pool! PS - if the cover is very loose when there is no slow, and we will tighten the cover when we close the pool at no additional cost!
